Add your Google Ads Customer ID

It's the 10-digit number Google gives your ad account, and it takes about a minute to find. As soon as you add it, our system sends you an access request so we can start your check.

How to find it

1

Sign in to Google Ads

Go to ads.google.com and sign in with the Google account you use for your ads.

2

Look at the top right

Your Customer ID sits next to your account name, in the format 123-456-7890. Copy it.

See a list of accounts?

Use the account your ads actually run in, not a manager account. The ID is under each account name.

Why we need it, and what happens next

1The moment you add it, our system sends an access request from our Google Ads manager account, Local Digital Agency (Postclick's parent company).

2Google emails you a “Manager account access request”. Click Accept. Or in Google Ads, go to Admin → Access and security → Managers and accept Local Digital Agency.

3We go through your account and email you what we find, and what we'd fix. No call needed.

You stay in control the whole time: we can't see anything until you approve the request, and you can remove our access any time from the same screen.
